How CRT Media Agency handles the information you share through this website. Last updated 8 November 2026.

Who we are

CRT Media Agency, Norrsken House Kigali, Rwanda, is responsible for the personal data described here. We follow Rwanda’s law on the protection of personal data and privacy (Law No. 058/2021 of 13/10/2021). Contact us about your data at hello@crt.rw or +250 796 356 035.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type in the form: your name, WhatsApp number or email, preferred date and any message. We also note which page you sent it from and how you found us (for example a Google search or an Instagram ad).

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote and plan your project, which you ask us to do when you send the form. We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone outside CRT, except the services below that help us run the website.

Services that process it

The form opens WhatsApp (Meta) with your details filled in; you choose whether to send that message. If our enquiry dashboard is switched on, a copy is also stored in its database, Supabase. Calls booked through our calendar are handled by Cal.com. These providers may store data outside Rwanda, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

If you accept the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use the site and which ads work. If you decline, or don’t choose, they don’t load. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and you’ll be asked again.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and deliver your project, and no longer than 2 years unless you become a client.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@crt.rw and we’ll reply within 5 working days. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to Rwanda’s National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA), which supervises data protection.
